ALTA VISTA First Information Report Management System (FIRMS) is a computerized and easy to use application that enables the Police Department to register the complaints of the citizens. FIRMS assists the police department in quick lodging of complaints/ FIRs, fast searching of the FIRs and generation of various types of analysis for the police station. The FIRMS has a smart dashboard that provides the Police Officer Incharge to know the latest situation of his area at-a-glance. FIRMS is implemented and operational at AJ&K Police Department

F.I.R (First Immediate Response) is a SOS
application made for the safety of the
citizens especially Women and Senior
citizens, developed by Litchi Computers Device Trading
F.I.R (First Immediate Response) has become
India's no. 1, S.O.S application available on
android, I.O.S and windows O.S,
F.I.R (First Immediate Response) works on
OFFLINE Mode (no internet required) for the
areas where internet connectivity is low,
which is a landmark that no other S.O.S
application have achieved till date.
F.I.R (First Immediate Response) was 1st
launched in Thane Rural on 5th November
2015, it was inaugurated by Hon. Chief
Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra
Fadnavis .
Seeking tremendous response it was launched
in Karnataka on 7th January 2016 by Hon.
Chief Minister of Karnataka Shri Siddaramaiah
along with 8 cabinet ministers.
Later F.I.R(First Immediate Response) was also
launched in Jammu and Kashmir on 1st April and in
Haryana on 17th April 2016 by Hon.Cheif Minister
of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar.
The main purpose of this Mobile application is to
enable individuals seek immediate help from
the police station on a single tap of HELP button.
